Educational Background (including degrees, diplomas, school details, and academic records). Employment History (including but not limited to past employers, job titles, work duration, reasons for leaving, and job performance). Credit and Legal Records (including but not limited to adverse credit history, civil/criminal litigation records, if applicable). Professional Licenses and Certifications (including vocational qualifications and technical certifications). Other Relevant Information required to verify the authenticity of my provided details and ensure compliance with the Company’s hiring requirements. All information gathered during the investigation will be strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties or used for any other purpose. 公司及其授权调查机构承诺仅将本人提供的信息用于招聘背景调查，调查过程中收集的所有信息将严格保密，不会用于其他用途或泄露给无关第三方。 Authorization Validity【授权期限】 This authorization shall take effect from the date of my signature. If I am successfully hired, it remains valid for any further verification of my background information by the Company.
