II. Instructions for Using User Services

Once successfully registered, the User becomes a legitimate registered User of the Operator and will receive a user account and corresponding password for this website. The User may modify their password at any time. The User is fully responsible for the security of their account and shall bear legal responsibility for all actions and events conducted under their username.
The User agrees to receive commercial information sent by the Operator via email or other means.
The Operator is not responsible for the deletion or failure to store any information posted by the User.

The Operator does not provide account deletion services. If a User needs to delete their account, they may simply cease using it.

III. Changes and Revisions to the Agreement Content

If the User continues to use the network services of this site, it shall be deemed as acceptance of the changes to the service terms.
The Operator may, at any time, based on practical circumstances, interrupt or terminate one or more network services without bearing any responsibility towards any user or third party. If a User objects to the interruption or termination of one or more network services, they may exercise the following rights:
(1) Voluntarily stop using the Operator's network services.
(2) Notify the Operator to stop providing services to that User. After the termination of user services, the User's right to use the network services immediately ceases. From the time of termination, the User no longer has the right to process any unfinished information or services, nor is the Operator obligated to transmit any unprocessed information or uncompleted services to the User or any third party.
IV. User Privacy Protection

V. Rights and Obligations of Registered Users
When using the Operator's products and services, registered Users must comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. The User agrees not to use this service for any illegal or improper activities; otherwise, the User shall bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom.
During the use of the account, the User must not upload, display, post, disseminate, or otherwise transmit information containing any of the following content:
(1) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
(2) Harming national honor and interests;
(3) Inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;
(4) Undermining the state's religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
(5) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, or undermining social stability;
(6) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or inciting crime;
(7) Insulting or defaming others, infringing upon the legitimate rights of others;
(8) Containing content that is false, harmful, coercive, infringing upon others' privacy, harassing, infringing, slanderous, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise morally objectionable.
The User must not use the network service system for any illegal purpose.
The User must not utilize the Operator's products and services to intentionally create or disseminate destructive programs such as computer viruses, or engage in any other behavior endangering computer information network security.
If the User's behavior violates the above provisions, the Operator has the right to make an independent judgment and immediately cancel the User's service account. The User shall bear all legal liabilities for their online actions. The Operator's system records may be submitted as evidence of the User's violation of the law to the relevant authorities.
The User agrees to safeguard and protect the interests of all members of the Operator and other users. If the User causes losses to the Operator or any third party due to violation of this agreement or relevant laws and regulations, the User shall bear the resulting legal liability.
VI. Ownership of Operator's Network Service Content
The network service content defined by the Operator includes, but is not limited to: real-time positioning and tracking for road running events, historical event records, image downloads, certificate downloads, etc. All such content is protected by the "Copyright Law," "Trademark Law," "Patent Law," "Computer Software Protection Regulations," and other relevant laws and regulations.
Without the prior permission and authorization of the Operator or other rightful third parties, the User must not engage in any actions including, but not limited to, reprinting, re-recording, copying, distributing, cracking, disseminating via information networks, or other acts violating intellectual property-related laws and regulations regarding any content (including but not limited to source code, trademarks, etc.). The User shall bear all civil, administrative, or criminal liabilities arising therefrom.
VII. Disclaimer
The User agrees to bear all risks associated with using the Operator's products and services, as well as all consequences arising from the use of network services. The Operator bears no responsibility towards the User.
The Operator does not guarantee that the services will meet the User's requirements, nor does it guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted. The Operator also makes no guarantees regarding the timeliness, security, or potential technical errors of the services.
The Operator shall not be legally liable for any risks or losses potentially caused to the User due to circumstances not resulting from the Operator's intentional misconduct or gross negligence, such as hacker attacks, computer virus intrusion or发作, government管制, hardware failure, force majeure, etc., which lead to the leakage, loss, theft, or tampering of user personal data or the suspension or termination of services.
VIII. Other Stipulations
The User agrees that any disputes arising from the services of this platform shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any party involved in a relevant dispute may submit the dispute to the people's court located at the Operator's domicile for resolution.
